Such sign is called rebound sign. It is present in case of inflammation of the peritoneum.
As the pain is in lower right abdomen, appendicitis is possible. You may have also slight fever, nausea, pain while walking.

As the rebound sign and right abdominal pain can indicate very serious condition, it is strongly recommended for you to go to ER. Proper diagnostic is necessary to find out the reason of your pain. Please do not wait with it.
