Question: How to treat severe abdominal pain- upper right, lower left, gets worse with coughing. Headache, chills, and nausea.
Can't go to the ER, black tarry stools as well

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Black tarry stools mean there is bleeding going on in upper gastrointestinal tract. It needs to be addressed immediately by a medical personnel.
Also pain in upper right abdomen and lower left could all just point to some ongoing insult to either liver or it could be bleeding gastric ulcers.
You need to get an ultrasound abdomen, endoscopy to get to the source of the bleeding and control it.
I will strongly advice you to please go to a doctor or ER for investigation and treatment.
Unless the reason is found out we cannot treat it.
