Possibility of Small vessel vasculitis

Hi.

I have reviewed the Images.
I can see that there are ill-defined red patches on her right lower leg and small, deep red, pinhead sized (slightly larger than pinhead) skin lesions on sole of left foot.

Though you did'nt mention but I would specifically like to know whether is there any itching Or burning sensation Or pain when pressed on to these? Or any history of Joint pains? Abdominal pain?

These along with fever suggest a hypersensitivity reaction i.e a small vessel vasculitis
I would suggest an Oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine syp Once or twice daily.

I would suggest a few lab tests like complete blood cell counts, urine routine microscopy, stool for occult blood and a skin biopsy. Along with these I would also suggest her to take rest and avoid walking too much or playing around too much.

Watch out for any changes Or appearance of newer lesions.
