Brief Answer:
Seborrhoea

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I think you are having seborrhoeic dermatitis, a fungal infection. It may or may not be accompanied by bacteria. Are you suffering from diabetes or any low immune condition?

You can safely use Clotrimazole plus Hydrocortisone combination topical preparation if available over the counter until you see a doctor and get a prescription for the same. If you do not have over the counter prep or stock supply in your medicine kit you better see at Urgent clinic to get these.
The following precautions follow as well, keep the area dry, use only cotton garments, clean the scab area with clean water and soap. You can use Ketoconazole shampoo / soap for the scalp.

Let me know if I left anything unanswered.
