Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also looked at the picture.

You seem to have seborrheic dermatitis of scalp. Seborrheic dermatitis presents as yellowish, greasy scaling and itching, on scalp.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to continue with Nizral 2% shampoo. Use it every alternate days.
In addition I would have suggested you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid lotion e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% lotion (Elocon lotion), twice daily, at affected sites for 2 weeks..
Topical steroid lotion, is a prescription drug and should be used under supervision of a dermatologist. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicnity for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as for a prescription.
