No discharge or anything comes out when I squeezed it like a pimple. It's just barely raised, painless, and doesn't itch. There is a hair growing out of it. What should I do from here?

Thanks for the advice. I have a dermatology appt. in a couple weeks for facial acne. I'll mention this to him. Should I just say you think it's a sebaceous cyst? Or something else?
