Brief Answer:
you may have seasonal bronchitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having seasonal bronchitis. It is common in cold and humid environment. So symptoms are common in winter and monsoon.
The main reason for this is viral infection.
Viral infection is common in cold and humid environment. So susceptible individual (like you) develop bronchitis with the exposure of the viruses.
So my advice to you is, first consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. PFT (pulmonary function test)
Chest x ray is needed to rule out other lung related causes for your symptoms.
PFT is needed to diagnose bronchitis.
You should take influenza vaccine once a year to prevent recurrent viral infection and thus recurrent asthmatic attacks.
You may start antihistamine and antiallergic combination just before the start of cold season and continue till season last. Both these will definitely help you a lot. Since both are prescribed drugs, you need to consult pulmonologist. So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these and start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
