doctor
Answered by Dr. Bharatesh Devendra Basti (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Not due to herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

I have again gone through the photos and description in your previous queries.

It is unlikely for herpes to give a constant burning pain. It usually causes recurrent but not continuous pain / burning.

Microwave effects( burning) cannot last longer for years. So unlikely.

You can get an ultrasound done to rule out any pathology in scrotum or urinary tract( Symptoms of penile pain).

You can get investigated for diabetes, Vitamin B deficiencies, etc
You can follow advise given earlier to prevent any irritation.

Unlikely fungal infection as there is no skin lesions seen in photos.

Also you can take Vitamin B complex tablets mainly B12.

You can consult urologist, if persists, for evaluation.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
