Spinal exercises/vitamin D/Antineuralgic medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

There are no specific home remedies as such.Regular spinal exercises prove to be of great help. You should learn them from a physiotherapist.

25-hydroxy-vitamin D levels should be checked and if deficient should be supplemented.Along with, antineuralgic medicines(like pregabalin, duloxetine, amitriptyline) and methylcobalamin supplementation should be given.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
