Brief Answer:
salivary duct inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Grossly the tongue looks fine. But there seems to be two spots on either side which are inflammed probably opening of the sublingual salivary glands which are under the tongue.
If you have poor oral hygiene this is expected.
Do you have any symptoms related to that like pain, unable to chew, or tasteless food or foul smell from the mouth?

If you noticed those spots casually in the mirror that is ok, just keep twice a day brushing should suffice.

Brief Answer:
The picture does not show anything disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I checked the pictures and reviewed the follow up information.
I am pretty ok with this kind of picture of the tongue.
There is a lot of debris accumulated on the tongue, you should regularly clean the tongue with a cleaner twice a day.
Otherwise I do not think there is any issue.
I suggest LISTERINE MOUTH WASH twice a day, diluted with same amount of water twice a day.
All the best/
