Brief Answer:
Just topic antibiotic for now, no worries about toxicity at all

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The first thing I would like to ask you is to please try to attach clear images of the affected region to our discussion or to email them to me at

YYYY@YYYY

Please do not forget to mention 'ATTN: Dr. Shoaib Khan' in the subject line.

The next thing I would like to ask you to do is to apply a topical antibiotic like neosporin over the region to help treat the rash and hopefully prevent infection or spreading. Using an anti-histimine like fexofenadine (allegra) or even diphenhydramine (bendryl) should also help to suppress the symptoms. Continue this for at least 5-7 days and report back to me with the progress so I can advise you further.

There is no worry about toxicity as that can only happen if you ingest it (eat it), so please do not worry about that. In my opinion there is nothing else to worry about, and please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
