Brief Answer:
Only cough in absence of fever will not be contagious.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for writing to Health care Magic.

The symptoms of runny nose, dry cough and fever indicate respiratory tract infection.
If I were to be your treating doctor, I would like to use anticold drugs for runny nose and antitussive drugs for dry cough.

I prefer to use anticold drugs like Pseudoephridine or oxymetazoline one tablets 2 times a day.
Mucinex is an antitussive drug and this will help in treatment of cough.

Along with this the use of analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug will provide sympotmatic relief.

The presence of fever indicates infection and if it resolved then it will not be contagious. You need to continue medications for high blood pressure.

Hope the information provided is helpful to you.

Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

The drugs I have mentioned are available over the counter.
You can start using them and if the symptoms does not resolve then you need to consult your doctor.
The symptoms you need to watch out for fever, cough with expectoration..., if these symptoms are decreasing then you need not worry.
