There are two aspects of Restless legs syndrome treatment-

Non-pharmacological-

1)Good sleep hygiene
2)Avoid tea/coffee, Smoking ,Alcohol
3)Mild to moderate exercise regularly,in the morning
4)Physical activity (e.g., leg stretching) and massaging legs before
bedtime
5)Hot bath 2-3 hours before bedtime

Pharmacological:

If you are having issues with Ropinirole, other medicines like Pregabalin, Gabapentin or Clonazepam may be tried.You can discuss with your treating physician regarding this.
