Suggest Treatment For Renal Dysfunction
Question: Lisinopril caused dry cough, Diovan raised the Creatinine and Bun. Any other ARB that you would recommend ?

If you have experienced renal dysfunction that needed discontinuation of the drug, then all the drugs of same class should be avoided unless there is compelling indications. As there are multiple options of same alternative classes with same benefits such as calcium channel blockers, Vasodilatory beta blockers etc.

In answer to your suggestion, unfortunately Ca. Chanel Blockers made my ankles swell and as I specified, in regard to Diovan my creatinine and Bun were high (GFR:30)
Should I continue to risk a future deterioration of my Kidneys and continue with Diovan, or try a new approach, as you suggested : Beta Blockers-- that I have never tried ?
If I put up with the dry cough caused by an Ace Inhibitor would that be a better solution than Diovan and/or Beta Blocker, in other words would my Kidneys be less injured ? Thank you for your help.

ACE won't be option

If you have renal function deterioration with ARB, you are likely to have same with lisinopril and hence its not option. if ccb produce swelling that is only cosmetic and no symptom you can go back on it, also there are other Ccbs such as cilidepine which cause less edema. Hence you can switch over to it.
