Brief Answer:
Augmentation or switch.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
I can understand your concerns.
OCD is a difficult to treat disorder. Many a times, a person does not respond to one drug but may respond to another or a combination of drugs.
What dose of luvox you have been taking?
what other drugs and psychological treatments have you tried in past?

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks.

I am taking 100mg Luvox since last 4 years and tried Risperdal too but none of the medications help. Tried ERP and all other methods but to no avail. Should I suicide?

Brief Answer:
Dose increment needed.

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for late response.
In my opinion, 100mg luvox is not the adequate dose if your symptoms are persisting. I would suggest a dose increment up to 300mg luvox. Kindly discuss this with your treating Psychiatrist.

keep up the spirits.
wish you good health.
all the best.
