Penis redness on foreskin and head. Head is swollen too at edges, in comparison to the recent past (before this issue).

Applied coconut oil once a day for the past 3 days, feels good.

45 year old male with good health and hygiene.

I humbly request to suggest remedy for the issue.

1. Any history of sexual contact?

Absolutely no, still virgin (masterbation activity once or twice weekly) Recently remember handled roughly, eventhough I clean penis thoroughly daily while bath, felt somedays back, smelly before starting of this issue

2. Does your sexual partner have similar complaint or white discharge ?
Not applicable

3.Any symptoms like Pain or itch ?
No itch or pain, little burning sensation on redness part

Pls advice, should I go ahead with prescribed treatment or wait for your revised prescription.

Is tablet to be taken before or after food?DR, Remember Recently someone at family used my soap for bath, which was used again by me.

I am scared, is it too serious, how long will it take to cure? If serious case do you suggest going to hospital :)DR Have already started using your prescription. I am going to take tab after food, is that fine?

Please find the updates:

a. Completed the recommended course on 25th Oct 2016

(oral itraconazole 200 mg twice daily for a week and ointment clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for the same duration)

b. Also attached latest images (post treatment) for your observations

c. I can see, redness has almost gone, definitely feeling better - but I feel due to: creame application dryness is still there

I request for help on the following:
1. Do you recommend applying anything for dryness or everything will be normal after some time
2. What precautions we should take before (indulging in) Masturbation activity like: do we have to apply anything for lubricating penis (to avoid damage to the skin)
3. Before having sex, do we have to lubricate penis
4. In case, if couple wish to have baby - can we still lubricate or does this affect the chances for conceiving and becoming pregnant
5. Pls provide tips on - Overall tip for keeping the good health of Penis

Pls help with the following:
a. Alovera gel - which brand and how long it should be applied (can we also apply, as and when we feel dryness)
b. Lubricant - Which brand pls (there are so many, confusing)

I am summarizing my understanding, pls correct me if I am wrong:

a. This means, after taking an observation at new post treatment images, there is no need for me to take tabs and creame (15 days)

b. Going to apply dermadew aloevera cream as dryness cure nourishment for 7-10 days, then afterwards as and when required
