Question: I just notice that a portion of my right eye is completely red. I have no pain of vision problem but it looks horrible. Should I wait to see if the redness goes away and if so for how long?

Brief Answer:
Eye hemorrhage, ophthalmologist to consult at the earliest

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I noted that redness on your right eye.

I admit that is hemorrhage (Bleeding). Immediate consultation with eye specialist(ophthalmologist) recommended to determine the cause.

Otherwise, just go to the nearest ER for immediate evaluation and treatments.

Meanwhile, apply cold compresses locally on your right eye and monitor your blood pressure and record the results to pass them to your caring doctor.

Wish you a fast recovery.

Kind regards
Dr. Albana
