Question: I habe just recently noticed a bright redness around my penis at foreskin and it hurts to have sex. I have seem stuff like this before but it usually subsides

Bright redness of glans penis and foreskin is due to a condition called as Balanoposthitis. Balanoposthithis is due to various reasons. Infections due to fungus, bacteria, virus and irritation due to soaps, chemicals, topical medicines, and allergies due to condom, systemic drugs and some other pre-malignant conditions etc.
