Brief Answer:
This requires use of antibiotic eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having redness, swelling and discharge from the eye. These symptoms suggest a most probable diagnosis of conjunctivitis or pink eye as you are thinking.

This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops. I usually prefer to use broad spectrum antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops 2-6 times per day depending on the severity.
Hence you need to use antibiotic eye drops for treatment.
However if the symptoms does not resolve you need to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Hope this answers your questions and it is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
