Brief Answer:
Steroid induced Rosacea

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Betnovate N is a topical steroid used for allergies and it is not a face cream which should be used for long duration. You are suffering from the side effects of it. It makes the skin thin, excessively sensitive to sunlight, telangiectasias (Small spider like veins) can develop, pimples and excessive hair growth also can be seen.

Never use Betnovate again. You need to consult a good dermatologist for treating steroid induced Rosacea. Sunscreen is a must. Available treatment options are Doxycycline capsules, Tacrolimus oint / Pimecrolimus cream, mild face cleansers etc. You may even take glutathione and vitamin C containing tablets. The treatment has to be under supervision of a dermatologist. Kindly consult a good dermatologist for the same.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
