Brief Answer:
Likely innocuous, wait and see with some modifications advised

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Red painless itch free rash for a few days not responding to hydrocortisone with no recent unprotected coitus in history is likely innocuous and will self resolve. Likely possibilities of this rash are skin irritation common in tight clothes, undergarments and too much sweatings.

Apart from it contact dermatitis may also give such painless rash . Other possibilities are of compromised hygiene, presence of groin hair, some fungal infection ( itch and pain is not necessarily present in fungal infection so a possibility) .

Nut shell continue hydrocortisone add some antifungal ointment like terbunafine cream to it and maintain a good hygiene both coital and toilet with keeping the groin area hair free and sweat free. Wear loose undergarments and prefer cotton. See if these measures help.

Wait and see is the best policy here. I am sure the rash will subside in a few days and is innocuous in its presentation. Just do as directed and i am sure it will be fine.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
