Question: A rash appeared on my leg. It isn't painful or itchy, and seems to be internal. There are many little red spots. When I press on it the color stays the same.

Brief Answer:
Likely to be petechia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic,
Greetings of the day ,

Dear Ms,
The rash, which does not blanch on pressure and non itchy, is possibly petechia ( small tiny bleeding beneath the skin ) . In some instances, females do develop such petechia without any gross underlying haematological condition , in the absence of fever or any other symptoms there seems to be no cause for concern. It is self limiting and will resolve spontaneously. Recurrence of such rash will warrant further investigations.
