Brief Answer:
Doesn't look like HIV, see below...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

There are a few details I want to ask about the bumps on your penis before giving the final diagnosis:

- since when did you notice the bumps?
- are the bumps: filled with pus or fluid? itchy? painful?
- is there a discharge from your penis? bumps?

There are 2 diagnosis to consider: balanitis and lichen planus. It does not seem like HIV, however, if penile discharge, then STD should consider too.

Brief Answer:
Thank you for the info,I'm still thinking of lichen planus...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

I am so sorry for the late reply.

Thank you for providing the requested information.

From the new data you are providing, I'm still thinking of lichen planus. There is nothing worrisome, however, if you are still worried, can run biopsy of the bumps to rule it out. But first should discuss with dermatologist.

All the best.

thank you so much for your information and if I take any blood tests, will I get negative reports?

Brief Answer:
Can get blood HIV tests...could be negative from what you describe...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Ok, if you want to run blood HIV testing, based on your medical history provided to me, that will be negative.

However, the test I suggested was skin biopsy of your penis to rule out/determine lichen planus.

Hope this answered your question.
