Brief Answer:
Local anti inflammatory creams can be used, and coagulation profile needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, and it's pictorial discription, it seems like be a benign local lesion which can be a ruptured capillary due to pressure or in sensual trauma but if such spots appear elsewhere, it needs to be evaluated with clotting profile as well as blood counts for platelets etc.

Meanwhile using oral OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain or swelling and using local anesthetic creams like lignocaine for few times can be of help.

It doesn't seem to be related to your rest of the conditions but if keep on appearing a detailed vasculitis profile as well as coagulation profiles need to be followed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
