Question: Every once in a while red lumps will apear on my upper cheek bone under my eye and stay for about a week, and then dissapear. They only hurt to the touch and they are such an eyesore. This has been happening for about 6 months now. I did go to a doctor suggesting i had a sinus infection and they said i didnt and but they didnt know what was wrong exactly. Help please, whats wrong? How do i get rid of these bumps. Ill add a picture to this text as well.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to an allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the description and have checked the attached image. The rash seems to be due to some allergic reaction. It is hard to comment on the trigger but some antiallergic like cetirizine tablet taken one a day for a few days should provide relief. You may also apply calamine lotion for topical relief.
