Posted on Fri, 3 Jun 2016
Question: I am 68 years old, and male. I have a very painful infamation of the skin on my back, arms, hands, and neck. There is a red rash in the inflamed areas. I am concerned this is shingles, and yes I had chicken pox. I have had this before, and my Dr Rx Toradol. Where do I go from here. Could high stress cause this.

Brief Answer:
Please, Upload an image for review!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this rash. To be sure about what we are talking about, I will like to review an image. However, the diffuse nature of this rash makes it very unlikely to be shingles. Shingles are always located on a limited area of the body and never cross the midline unless otherwise severe.

To upload an image, click on the upload icon to the right of your dashboard and follow the onscreen instructions. You may also send it directly to customer service at YYYY@YYYY and request that it should be uploaded to your query.

I hope to hear from you and promise to respond promptly. Until next, I wish you well.
