Brief Answer:
Infection ,take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You seem to be developing a fungal infection in the butt crack region along with follicular infection .
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the raised infected lesions twice daily .
Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the natal cleft area twice daily .
Wash with lukewarm saline water twice daily before applying the medicine.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to reduce sweating and further infection.
Follow the above treatment for ten days at least .

Hope it helps
