Brief Answer:
It can be inflammatory swelling involving glands.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having a red, hard, tender bump on the outside corner of eye.
This can be because of inflammatory swelling involving the glands around the eye.
If it is towards nose it can be because of involvement of lacrimal sac.
Since it is inflamed it requires treatment by use of anti-inflammatory drugs.

Do send a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you more accurately.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
