Need to figure out cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query.

The body immunity attacks itself in two scenarios - infections and autoimmunity.

In both cases simple tests, starting with complete blood count can be done. It will give direction in which to proceed.

If antibiotics are not helping, then its probably not bacterial infection. Its not viral either, because most virals cause fever, rash, and mostly resolve by its own. So the probability of fungal infection is more.

Second probability is of autoimmune condition in which body immunity attacks the body. Simple tests can also rule it out. The tests depend on which organ is being affected. So let me know your symptoms in detail so that I am better able to help. Also upload the photo of the skin rash.

Taking unnecessary antibiotics will only cause your health to worsen.

Alongwith I suggest that you take steps towards maintaining general well-being:
- Take regular exercise daily for atleast 30 min a day. It can include walk, yoga, swimming, cycling, gym, etc.
- Take hygienic food and cleaner drinking water lower TDS. This will ensure rule out a common source of infections.
- Take nutritious diet including more fruits and salad.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
