I will try to reply Your queries POINT BY POINT as you asked in various subqueries of YOUR query as follows-
Q-i-I studied your query and understood your health concern for the Recurrence of the armpit lumps every 10 days or so.-
Ans-i-The recurrence in 10 days time in the armpit Lumps could be due to the bad armpit hygiene,and seems to be the most common cause to happen this.
Proper hygiene by keeping the armpit clean with dettol swab/sponge cleaning would reduce it or stop it.

Q-ii-It seem that -"Why these armpit or any lumps recur in Your Body?-" is your Main Health concern.
Ans-ii-Why these amrpit lumps-which are pimple like? come and go in Your body-The reason in your body could be as the one explained above.
Another but Medical cause would be You might be having undetected Diabetes Mellitus,as Your doctor confirmed that they are not in the lumph nodes,but just under the skin.
Such lumps could be of the skin appedages like hair follicle,or of Sebaceous gland or of sweat glands,and are caused by the bacterial infection of these skin appendages, which lead in untreated to abscess formation under the skin and cause lumps during their formative stages and later on may burst or pop out as abscess with discharge of pus from it.
Remedy-
In such case I would suggest you to check your FBS-Fasting Blood Sugar and PPS-Post Prandial Sugar level in the blood and Urine both and if need be Your doctor May advise you -GTT-which gives your body response to rise in Sugar,after test dose after stress of Sugar with 100 gms oral intake.

Q-iii-As your asked in another query few minutes later,
-why the old lump on middle finger filled with pus and had to be popped up?
Ans-This formation of pus in the existing middlefinger lump, could be due to abscess formation after handling or needling it.But again suggest your body's tendency to form abscess or pus after the wound formation,as in this case.

Since how long this reccurence story is going on in the armpit?
IS the recurrence of these lumps started ONLY after the post-shaving period?
Or does it occur on its own without any cause?

Your lump recurrence seem to be due to raised blood glucose which is unnoticed by YOU till now.
