Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Sneezing And Wheezing

Question: I have sneezing continuous, and I have wheezing. So I saw doctor last December. He gave the nasal spray and puffs. I used regularly. This month I have head ache. Feels like flame and water inside.And running nose .
But sneezing and wheezing is more than 4 years.

It have any problem.

Thank you for your query.

1. This seems to be a sinusitis in addition to allergic rhinitis.

2. If you do not have fever, start the same nasal spray and an anti-allergic tablet with steam inhalation.

3. Since there is wheezing, get a chest auscultation and a Pulmonary (Lung) Function Test (PFT)done. Consult a Chest Physician (MD).

4. Allergy tests should be done. Avoiding allergens that you are sensitive to and treatment will prevent worsening of the allergy and wheezing.
