Brief Answer:
I suggest pus culture &sensitivity; Rx should be guided by test report

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have taken note of your query and I have understood it.

Repeated bacterial infections of skin could be due to staphylococcus aureus colonization of skin.
I suggest a pus culture and sensitivity test from one of these lesions to identify the causative organism and also determine its antibiotic sensitivity.
The choice of treatment of Oral antibiotic would be guided by the pus culture and sensitivity report.
Topically you may use an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily.
An antibacterial soaps Or body wash would also help decrease the pathogenic flora.
I also suggest test for Blood Sugar, fasting and post-prandial.
Repeated infections (bacterial, fungal and viral) are common in patients who have impaired blood glucose.

Brief Answer:
Are these lesions painful or do they itch?

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Images.
These images actually don't look like folliculitis.

Folliculitis/ boils is usually tender / painful.

-Therefore I would like to know whether are they painful? Or do they itch?
-How long since you have got them?

Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of Scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Yes, when I looked at these they did'nt looked like boils.
This is actually scabies; lesions in scabies are itchy. The distribution of skin lesions is also suggestive of scabies.
I suggest you to apply either 5% pemethrin lotion Or 1% gamma benzene hexachloride (GBHC) lotion, to whole body from neck downwards, keep it overnight for 8 hours and take a bath on next day.
Wash all your clothing, sheets etc.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
Treat other family members if they too have similar symptoms.
