Brief Answer:
Allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

From the details provided, you seem to have symptoms pertaining to Allergic rhinitis. I would suggest you to do the following:

- Take T. MONTEK-LC twice daily for 5 days
- Take T. FEXOFENADINE 60mg twice daily for 1 week once the above medicine is over.
- Do steam inhalation 2-3 times daily
- Avoid exposure to cold wind or air pollution.

If your symptoms seem to continue despite the medical therapy, it would be wise to consult with an immunologist for initiation of immunotherapy.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.
Regards
