Suggest Treatment For Rashes Under The Breasts

Question: Hi I have what looks like a rash or something under my breasts. both breast, it's not really itchy or anything and it dowant hurt. it feels a bit warm but that might not be relevant. I have attached a picture of both breasts. any ideas what it might be?

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I saw the pictures carefully.

It looks like a rash from friction which has irritated the skin of under the breast (same mechanism as diaper rash if you know what I mean.

You should apply a cream with vit A+D+E, to keep the area soft.
If it doesn't get better, but worse then you may need to use an antifungal cream like Econazole 1% or clotrimazole 2%.
