Not on any drugs just used skin ointment Betnovate -C which has helped me before also and this time also it helped.

I had a recent exposure to sex (1 week back) but i practice only safe sex by using condom.

No burning urination.

Only the rashes itch or burn slightly. No other complains in that region.

I have had these rashes before also without any sexual contact and it just itches and dries off in 3 days just wearing off the skin and new skin comes there. Its more frequent in winters than summers considering i was facing the same issue last year also.

Hope this info helps.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Possible Contact dermatitis of penile skin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

As per your history, the possibility of Contact dermatitis of penile skin is high.

A trial of Oral antihistamine drugs Like DESLOR for 1 week will be a wise option.
Also 3 day trial of antifungal drugs like Fluconazole will help.

I generally recommend my patients with oral pills of above 2 drugs in such situations.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these drugs to you.

It's always important to get an STD screen in all cases of recent sexual exposure to rule out STD's with 100% confirmation.

Update me with the test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
