Hydrocortisone and Miconazole (or Clotrimazole/ Econazole) are OTC. Mixed freshly before use in equal amounts will be closest in effects to Eumosone M.

Levocetrizine 5 mg can be substituted with Zyrtec or any other antiallergic like Terfinadine or Cetrizine (Zyrtec)
