Brief Answer:
Psoriasis is not curable

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

The disease has a chronic course and there are topical creams/ointments/gels/lotions etc as well as oral and injectable medicines which can treat psoriasis but there is no permanent cure for psoriasis.

It is difficult to comment on the best treatment option without examination as appropriate treatment depends on the area involved, how severe it is, site. So it is better to see dermatologist or physician for examination and treatment. Or you can upload the pictures of the lesion that will help me in assessing your situation.

Mild form are treated with topical medication, like Salicylic acid (which smoothes the skin by promoting the shedding of psoriatic scales), topical steroid cream (decrease inflammation, relieve itching, and block the production of cells that are overproduced in psoriasis). You are already on this medicine.

Hope this helps. I'll be glad to address your further queries.
Take care.
