Brief Answer:
cannot say in your particular case.

Detailed Answer:
certainly a significant pain complaint needs to be seen by a doctor. Mostly they are known why they are occurring. (overwork) and then mostly there isn't a lot of issues of diagnosis nor how to treat.
phriosis is not a condition I have heard about
Psoriasis often affects joints and has a small increased risk of infection of the joints and this would be genreally OBVIOUS, and ONE joint and needs immediate IV antibiotics. Or... it's chronic achy joints all over and that is not an emergency.

Overall serious infection can cause aches but usually also has an obvious cause (pneumonia, UTI, etc) and has a fever. That needs urgent care.

The general rule is if something occurs without much change over months, it isn't going to need an ER. If it occurs really bad and suddenly probably it does.

But not being there, I couldn't make a particular judgement in your case.
