Brief Answer:
All you have to do is to stop the antibiotics and give Darolac

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Pseudomembranous colitis is inflammation of the colon that occurs when the normal bacterial flora of the intestine gets eliminated due to antibiotics, leaving behind the resistant variety of Clostridium difficile. This manifests with what is called antibiotic associated diarrhoea. The treatment is conservative. All you have to do is to stop the antibiotics and give probiotics like Darolac. Probiotics contain beneficial bacteria. Yogurt contains similar bacteria and can be given too. ORS (oral rehydration solution) needs to be given to replenish for the salt and water lost.

Darolac is useful but I do not think that Anakinra has any role in this regard.
