Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Some more investigations are required

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear I have gone through the details. So your PSA is not elevated but the prostate is increasing in size.
I will advise a bone scan and MR scan of the abdomen to look for whether it has spread to the bones or liver or not. If it has not spread to the bones, i will advise you to continue the same treatment (hormonal).
More over a repeat attempt at controlling the tumor with local radiotherapy can be done and hormonal treatment will be continued along with it.
Hope you have understand now.
Please revert back with the reports.
Thanks and regards
