Brief Answer:
Get investigated and provide details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tingling sensation in lower limbs can be due to neuropathy or lumbosacral radiculopathy.
Is there any back pain, urinary complains, weakness in lower limbs?
Any history of diabetes, hypertension, renal or liver disease, alcohol or any other toxin intake?
You can get nerve conduction study.
You should also undergo blood tests like blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, liver and renal function test.
Imaging of spine may be required in case of lumbosacral radiculopathy.
For anxiety and depression continue the same medication. Additionally clonazepam can be added.
Neugaba can be safely taken.
Get back with details and reports.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
