Brief Answer:
May be UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

It seems like that he is suffering from UTI(urinary tract infection).
UTI causes symptoms like burning sensation on urination, increased frequency of urination etc. This may be associated with other symptoms like headache/nausea/lower abdominal pain/fever etc.

After confirming the diagnosis, this can be treated with antibiotics like cefixime or norfloxacin, along with analgesics for a few days.

Your doctor will guide you. The doctor might ask for investigations like urine and blood routine examination.

Meanwhile, give him simple analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain relief. Let him take plenty of oral fluids and have some bed rest.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing for a faster cure.
thank you.
