Question: I think I wrote to wrong doctor a few minutes ago
I am uncircumised and the forskin feels little raw when pulling it back and hard to pull back also due to the pain. Head gets little red but think that is from cleaning so much lately. Some say try Miconazole, Bacitracin or tropical clotrimazole. Do you do percriptions. No sex outside marriage

Brief Answer:
Attach pics for better evaluation pls.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

I would suggest uploading pictures so I'll have a better grasp on what you have right now.

I would refrain from putting ointments or any medicines for the time being since it potentially can cause more harm than good. The ointments may irritate the the head of the penis (glans penis) thereby making it red (inflammed).

What is the status of your foreskin? does it have any lesions? discharge or foul smell? For the meantime I would suggest to just wash it with mild soap and water especially if it doesn't look infected and only has a minor skin break that is causing the pain. If the foreskin is inflammed and red then it might already be infected and you need to take in oral antibiotics. Usually what is prescribed is Co-amoxyclav for 7 days.

I would await your pictures. I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes.
