Brief Answer:
Medical evaluation and imaging studies are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Pressure behind the eye, dizziness and nausea may be related to conditions such migraine headaches, cluster headaches, but also may be related to brain conditions such vascular malformations, etc.

Chest pains may be related to anxiety, fatigued muscles, pleurisy etc.

In both cases, medical evaluation by your Doctor and imaging studies of brain and chest wall (CT scan for example) are necessary to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
