You definitely have acid reflux and probably Peptic ulcers are there again which could be bleeding. An upper GI Endoscopy should be done to diagnose the same.Don't take ibuprofen or any anti inflammatory it will further worsen your symptoms.

The treatment is avoid alcohol and smoke.
Avoid any acidic foods and hot beverages.
Please Take Tab Rabeprazole 20mg or Cap Omeprazole 20mg twice a day on empty stomach. Don't stay empty stomach for long periods. Have cooling meals like bread, biscuits and cool milk. These measures should get your problems resolved.
Sucralfate with oxitacaine can be taken 15ml once at night with half cup of water.

Follow up with reports of upper G.I endoscopy.

Use Betadine mouth wash twice daily.
Place milk of magnesia on the mouth ulcer covering mouth ulcers with baking soda paste.
Over-the-counter benzocaine (topical anesthetic) products like Orajel or Anbesol can be used to provide symptomatic relief in pain.

It will take 4-5 days to go away.
