Brief Answer:
Common finding

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have noticed blood in your semen and this is a common finding. This is usually caused by an infection of the prostate. Prostatitis is very common and most men do not even know they have an infection. If you are have symptoms of painful urination of pain in the rectal area this is one of the symptoms of prostatitis. I would recommend that you see your medical provider and get started on antibiotics. The treatment course for prostate infection is 4 to 8 weeks of antibiotics.
