Brief Answer:
Yes there is cure for PE

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns about ineffectiveness of various techniques in premature ejaculation.

Before anything else I must assure you that currently majority of patients with premature ejaculation (PE) respond well to either behavioral techniques or medications and there is no reason to lose hope for PE.

I request you to describe what you have tried so I can suggest right course of action.

I look forward to get more details.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
I think medication should be next strategy

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for follow up.

After going through the provided information I will suggest two things.
Firstly check whether you have done these methods rightly or not. If not this is time to correct the technique to get desired results. In that regard meet a sex therapist in your city.

The second option is obviously medications. The SSRI group of medications definitely delay the ejaculation and can be tried. The recommended medication is Dapoxetine to be taken one hour before sex. Since it is prescription medicine you need to visit a psychiatrist.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards

Well,All the techniques I have done Im sure I done them right plus I done few sessions of hypnosis is well .I used to take Dapoxetine (philligry ) if Im right ,still nothing
I think you guys should admit that there's nothing to solve this problem so this way people wont waste their money anymore .The worst thing is that we are sent from one to another paying fees but no one can do anything about it

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Majority of patients get well with available treatment methods

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for writing back to me.

I understand your disappointment with tried methods and it is quite possible that you did not get what was desired but I must assure you again that the condition is treatable to large extent and majority of patients get good improvement.

In other words it can be stated that not every treatment methods works in 100% of patients but one or another method works when tried consistently.

Thanks
