Question: I am 50 and quite fit. No sugar or BP etc. I have problem of ED and PE. I have tried many ayurvedic tablets but nothing seems to work. Please suggest something which may work. Viagara gives erection but PE is not resolved.

I can understand your concerns.

Viagra is working for your erection problems and you need some solution for PE.

Drugs like dapoxetine and paroxetine are safe and work very well for PE. But these are prescription drugs. You can consult a psychiatrist for proper prescription.

I usually start with 30mg dapoxetine or 12.5mg paroxetine in my patients of PE and increase the dose depending on response. Your psychiatrist will help with proper doses for you.
It is to be taken 1 tablet every night after meals.
The drug will show its effects in 8-10 days.
It has to be taken for atleast 2-3 months for long term results.
It can cause slight constipation. So take good amount of fluids regularly.
