If the size of erect penis is more than 2.5 inches, it will provide as much satisfaction as any bigger size because vagina has nerve terminals in outer one inch only.
Pre Mature Ejaculation can be treated by
1- Kegel's Exercises - holy and tighten the muscles as if to hold urine , for 10 seconds and relax. Repreat 10 times twice a day
2- squeeze technique- this has to be properly learnt in sex therapy sessions from a qualified sexologist. Lots of information is available on net
