Brief Answer:
Increase the dose or add other medications if required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You need to take pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin or carbamazepine.
You can also increase dose of lyrica if a week has passed after initiation of treatment without any significant benefits.
In uncontrolled cases, Surgical options are also available which electively damages pain pathways.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
